Incorrect free Storage

as per mention in https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect That Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts.Please run the script for my account, as with zero file, it still use 7 Gigabyte storage.Thanks

ボックスにログインすると、毎回、支払い手段のクレジットの設定画面になります。現在支払はできていると思いますが、これは、何を求められているのでしょうか？何かの原因で支払いが滞って、データが無くなるのではないかと不安です。

Downgrade Plan

I am currently on a $7 plan and am being charged $34.80 per month AUD. How is this possible? I used to be on a free plan but now for the life of me can't seem to find where that is on your site now. I rarely use Box so it's not feasible for me to continue paying that amount.  Can I please downgrade my plan and I would like to be reimbursed for the amount that I am paying which from $7 USD even when converted to AUD is definitely not 34.80.

Hi Box Support Team, Please run the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in my account. There should be some storage left, but now my desktop client cannot synchronise due to spalce issues. Thanks. Attila

[MAJOR ISSUE] Still Experiencing Much-Slower Than Usual Upload Times (from Major Issue reported today)

Hello, Related to the issue noted from this AM: https://status.box.com/incidents/nmwfc839ng8r Understood a fix has been deployed, but our organization is still experiencing much slower than usual upload speeds, as well as uploads stalling/crashing (which is big deal for us, as we're a streaming client working with AV). Can we confirm this issue is still being addressed/worked on? It's urgent this be resolved because it's impacting our work. Thanks, Rob

my box says 3 gb used while there are no files in it

Today I started using box again for larger attachments in Mozilla Thunderbird.Upon logging into my account I noticed that there were no files stored, yet it said that 3 gb out of my 25 gb allowance is in use.This can't be correct, because I have no files stored...Am I missing something?

About the problem that files/folders cannot be uploaded

I tried to accepting collaborator invitations and uploading file or folders however I got a following error message. "Partial upload failed", "There was a problem when uploading. Please try again" I am unable to upload it, regardless of how many times I tried.   See also “Troubleshooting uploads to Box”, but it didn’t seem to have any factor. ※For example, even just to I tried upload a word file with only 12KB (3 letter filename), will get an error. Are there any other factors causing such errors?    Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Box Drive is not Signed In

Installed Box drive on my Windows 10. It shows the login screen and after successfully entered the credentials, nothing happens. In the taskbar, the box icon is still showing as not signed in. But the credentials are correct. I've googled about this issue. Not getting any useful solutions. Need assistance on it. Thank you

Any update for Mac quick look does not work after MacOs 12.3.1?

Any update or roadmap for this annoying issue? While IT administrators announced the migration of policies from Box Sync to Box Drive, the current interim solution appears to be a downgrade to Box Sync.

storage issue

Hello,  We have suddenly gone way over our data limit and can't figure out exactly why or how to fix it. An employee dragged a large file (a main one) into another and then dragged it out again and we're wondering if it caused the files to duplicate, though we can't tell when we log in to box online. We are more than 20gig past our 50gig limit and we were under it before this happened. Is there a live chat or support number to call?

Migrate Personal Account to Corporate Account

My current default email address is my corporate email address, but the account is currently a personal Box account that I set up a while ago.  My company now offers Box access through SSO under corporate account, but since my corporate email address is already associated with a personal Box account, I am unable to sign on using the SSO option.   Please advise on how I can update my current perosnal account to under my company's corporate account.  Thank you.

Box Drive won't update Big Sur

My Finder/Mac Big Sur won't download or sync any content. I quit the application and logged out. When i logged back in - it forced an update - which is now continually failing. I tried uninstalling and restarting Mac. ThEN redownloaded "new" version but now have an error and it won't load box. It says I've downloaded an old version over a new one... i downloaded it from your website. Please help.

Can't access account

I've had a box account for over a decade. I have not used the account extensively, but I have maintained it. I can no longer access the account. Upon login today, it appears to have initialized a new/default account. I need help accessing the original account.  Thanks, Will
