I am currently on a $7 plan and am being charged $34.80 per month AUD. How is this possible? I used to be on a free plan but now for the life of me can't seem to find where that is on your site now. I rarely use Box so it's not feasible for me to continue paying that amount. 


Can I please downgrade my plan and I would like to be reimbursed for the amount that I am paying which from $7 USD even when converted to AUD is definitely not 34.80.
