I've had a box account for over a decade. I have not used the account extensively, but I have maintained it. I can no longer access the account. Upon login today, it appears to have initialized a new/default account. I need help accessing the original account.

If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.


Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password.
