We have suddenly gone way over our data limit and can't figure out exactly why or how to fix it. An employee dragged a large file (a main one) into another and then dragged it out again and we're wondering if it caused the files to duplicate, though we can't tell when we log in to box online. We are more than 20gig past our 50gig limit and we were under it before this happened. Is there a live chat or support number to call?
