Hi I just purchased an iPhone 14. I'm noticing that when I upload my videos to box they are coming out in a slightly different hue or color. It almost looks as if box is running them through a "vintage filter" even though I know that is not the case. Can someone please advise?

We have previously seen similar reports where videos created with Dolby Vision on newer iPhones are previewing with discoloration when uploaded to Box. 


The video recording of these new iPhones includes Dolby Vision, video information that can only be viewed in supported applications and on devices that support this new feature (it's a type of HDR, or High Dynamic Range, if you've heard that term before!). That being said, we want to check to see if your videos have been created with Dolby Vision on your iPhone 12 Pro.

Can you please test this by disabling Dolby Vision for your video captures, then record a new video and upload it to Box to see if the video previews without any issues?
