It's all gone. All files are gone. I checked and my subscription stopped drawing. No reason why since it is an insured account. Is there any way to get my files back?

It seems that you're looking for your collaborated files/folders.
When a collaborated file/folder has disappeared, please contact the owner as your collaboration may have expired/ended. To get back your access, the owner would have to send a new invitation.
