Hello,

 

My product has integration with Box that allow users to see their files and edit them (comments, annotations etc.)

If an account is configured to use keysafe, will this cause any issues when the user tries to view his files?

Great question! Always great to hear that people are taking advantage of Box KeySafe ?


 


KeySafe would not cause any issues when content is accessed through the API. The KeySafe product does allow customers to hold their own encryption keys for their content, but doesn't add any permission restrictions at the API layer. In short... you're good to go!
