I am currently setting up an integration with box for my orginization using app users, and have hit a bit of a road block. When I call "https://api.box.com/2.0/folders/0/items?limit=100&offset=0" to retrieve the files and folders in root (there are numerous folders here) I am getting a response that starts with total_count: 0.

 

Am I misunderstanding app users? I expected to be able to see everything here.


Just to clarify, are you trying to retreive content for Managed Users or for App Users? 


The content was placed there by managed users, this is our first experiment with app users.


Was there a solution to this? I'm having the same problem.
